The rules for 58th Floor AI accounts, photo uploads, generated performance clips, credits and subscriptions, acceptable use, refunds, privacy and liability.

These Terms take effect on 3 November 2026.

1. Welcome and Acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to 58th Floor AI, available at 58thfloorai.video (the "Service"). Your use of the Service counts as acceptance of these Terms; anyone who does not accept them should stop using it.

2. What the Service Does

58th Floor AI accepts exactly 2 photos, one person or animal in each, and generates an approximately 15-second vertical 9:16 MP4 showing an imagined studio performance inspired by the 58th Floor trend. The first photo is placed on the left and the second on the right. The scene is guided by a generated storyboard and a reference motion clip, and its reference soundtrack, which contains explicit language, is included unless you choose Silent; the people in your photos do not record new vocals. Renders are not free and there is no free preview: you need to be signed in and hold enough credits from a pack or subscription. Completed clips are saved in My Creations.

58th Floor AI is an independent, fan-made AI video tool. It has no affiliation with Anderson .Paak, Cordae, their record labels or any studio series. Those names are used only to identify the cultural reference and do not suggest an official release, partnership or endorsement. Clips are rendered by third-party AI video providers, which receive your photos for that purpose. The providers, model names and their capabilities may change, and unless stated otherwise we are not affiliated with them.

Generated clips may be incomplete, unexpected or resemble another user's output. Review every finished clip before relying on it, publishing it or passing it on.

3. Who Can Use the Service

  • You must be 18 or older and legally able to enter into this agreement. If you use the Service for an organisation, you must have authority to bind it.
  • The account and billing information you provide must be accurate, and you must keep it up to date.
  • Keep your sign-in secure; you are responsible for everything done through your account.
  • If you think someone has accessed your account without permission, email support@58thfloorai.video immediately.

4. Your Photos, Our Platform and Ownership

Any lawful rights you hold in the photos you upload, and in clips generated from them, stay with you. It is your responsibility to ensure that your uploads and any later use comply with the law and respect intellectual property, privacy, publicity and other rights. Upload only images that are yours or that you are permitted to use. Do not upload images of minors, celebrities or other public figures, and do not present a generated clip as genuine footage of any artist or other real person. Where a platform offers an AI-generated label, please apply it.

So that we can generate, store and show your clips, you give 58th Floor AI and its vendors a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, copy, transmit, process and display your photos and clips. This licence is limited to operating, securing, troubleshooting and supporting the Service and does not transfer ownership of your lawful content.

The software, interface, branding, documentation and original website text are owned by 58th Floor AI or its licensors. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, scrape or commercially exploit the Service unless the law allows it or we have agreed in writing.

5. Credits, Subscriptions, Payment, and Cancellation

  • Payment authorization: Buying a pack or subscription authorises the checkout processor to charge the displayed price, any applicable taxes and any recurring fees shown to you before payment.
  • Credit packs and plans: Packs are purchased once. Monthly and yearly subscriptions roll into a new period unless you switch off renewal. The billing interval and price are displayed before you pay.
  • Credits in use: Every render uses a number of credits that depends on the options you pick. Purchased credits remain with the account that bought them and expire according to the schedule shown on the pricing page or at checkout. Credits for a render that fails or is blocked by a safety filter are returned automatically.
  • Cancelling: Cancel through the subscription portal or the cancel option in pricing or account settings. Once cancelled, the plan will not renew, and the change usually applies at the close of the period you have paid for.
  • Card data: Payments are processed by the provider named at checkout. Card numbers are not stored on our servers.
  • Refunds: Eligibility and the request process are described in the Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot be waived.

If you see a charge that looks incorrect, email support@58thfloorai.video before opening a payment dispute so we can look into it.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The rules below form our acceptable-use policy and apply to each uploaded photo, each generated clip and any effort to work around our safeguards.

You may not upload, request or generate the following, or help anyone else produce it:

  1. Sexual content: Pornography, nudity, sexually explicit or sexually suggestive material, sexual services or fetish content. Child sexual abuse material, any sexualised depiction of minors, and the grooming or exploitation of children are prohibited without exception.
  2. Violence and gore: Graphic injury, torture, the glorification of violence, terrorism or violent extremism, instructions for weapons of mass destruction, or content intended to threaten or facilitate physical harm.
  3. Hate and harassment: Attacks, dehumanisation or harassment based on protected characteristics, or calls for discrimination or violence against people on that basis.
  4. Impersonation and misleading content: Non-consensual intimate imagery, deceptive depictions of real people, impersonation, identity fraud, or synthetic media meant to mislead viewers about where it came from or whether it is real. You may not use or animate anyone's photo without their consent, and you may not upload celebrities or public figures.
  5. Infringement and privacy violations: Material that breaches copyright, trademarks, publicity or privacy rights, exposes confidential information, or otherwise violates someone's proprietary or personal rights.
  6. Unlawful or harmful acts: Illegal material, scams, phishing, malware, promotion of regulated wrongdoing, exploitation of vulnerable people, or any attempt to deceive or harm others.

You also may not bypass safety filters, test or disrupt our security, access the Service through unauthorised automation, collect outputs in bulk, resell access without our approval, or use the Service in breach of the law or card-network rules.

7. Moderation, Reports, and Our Response

Photos you upload and clips we generate go through automated checks that combine keyword blocklists, safety classifiers and moderation provided by model vendors. Because automated checks are not perfect, flagged or reported material may receive further review.

To report prohibited content, suspected impersonation, a child-safety concern or an infringement, email support@58thfloorai.video with the subject Content Report. Include the relevant URL or account details, explain the problem and attach any screenshots or other evidence. We aim to acknowledge reports within three business days, and reports involving child safety or a credible risk of physical harm are prioritised.

Depending on how serious the issue is, the account's history and the applicable law, we may decline a request, block or remove content, restrict features, suspend or close an account, keep records, or report suspected illegal activity to the authorities. Accounts connected to child exploitation, terrorism, credible threats, fraud or non-consensual intimate imagery may be suspended immediately. If you disagree with an enforcement decision, reply to the notice or contact support with the details.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes the personal data we collect and how we use, store and share it. By using the Service you acknowledge that your photo and related request data may be sent to hosting, storage, safety and AI video providers when this is needed to produce the clip you requested.

9. Availability and Modifications

You receive the Service "as is" and "as available", without guarantees beyond those set out here. Credit prices, feature limits and availability may change over time. We may modify, pause or discontinue parts of the Service to keep it secure, reliable, compatible with our providers or lawful. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or any particular result from a given photo.

10. Warranty Disclaimer

As far as the law allows, we disclaim all express and implied warranties, including those of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and accuracy of AI output. Model output is not legal, medical, financial or other professional advice and should not be relied on as such.

11. Liability Limits

As far as the law allows, 58th Floor AI and its affiliates, vendors and personnel are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill or business opportunities connected with the Service. This does not limit any right or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Suspension and Ending Access

You can stop using the Service whenever you wish. If we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, a security or legal problem, a payment issue or a policy risk, we may restrict, suspend or terminate access. Requests to close an account or delete personal data are handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

13. Revisions to the Terms

These Terms may be updated as the Service, our providers or the law change. Any new version will be posted on this page with an updated date at the top, and we will give extra notice of material changes where the law requires. If you keep using the Service after a revised version takes effect, you accept that version.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the place where the Service's operator is established, without removing any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us in writing so we can try to resolve the matter informally.
