The real performance
“58th Floor” is on Heavy Is the Crown, the joint album Anderson .Paak and Cordae released on 23 October 2026. Their performance of it was filmed for COLORS, the music channel known for single-colour studio sessions, and posted on 30 October 2026. That video is real footage of the two artists.
Watch it on the COLORS YouTube channel or as a music video on Apple Music, linked below.
How the AI versions are made
Tools like 58th Floor AI take two photos of ordinary people (or pets) and generate a new video of them in a teal studio built to look like that session: one hanging mic, one person finishing the hook, the other taking the verse. Nothing is cut from the original video, and the artists’ faces and voices are not used.
Because the scene is generated, faces, hands and timing can drift slightly from render to render. That is one of the easiest ways to spot an AI clip.
How to tell a real clip from an AI one
The real one stars Anderson .Paak and Cordae and comes from COLORS’ own channels. An AI version stars someone else, often posted by a regular account with an AI label or a caption naming the tool. Look for hands that change shape, a microphone cable that moves on its own, or a face that shifts between cuts.
Label your clip, and leave the artists out
TikTok, Instagram and YouTube ask creators to label realistic AI-generated video. Turn the label on when you post your 58th Floor AI clip, and say in the caption that it is AI.
58th Floor AI does not accept photos of celebrities or public figures, including the artists, and it is not affiliated with Anderson .Paak, Cordae, their labels or COLORS. The point of the trend is to put yourself and a friend in the studio, not to fake a performance by someone real.
