Credits are reserved when a render starts and returned if it does not complete.

Starting a render is the only action that spends credits. Watching or re-downloading saved clips costs nothing.

Automatic refunds

If a render errors out or is blocked by a safety check, the credits return to your balance without a support ticket.

Yearly credits up front

Yearly plans add the full year of credits on the day you subscribe, usable until the plan year ends.

Monthly and pack balances

Monthly credits apply to their 30-day period. Credits from packs have no end date.

01Do new accounts get a free clip?

No free credits are included with a new account. Pick a pack or a plan to render; the generator shows what your clip costs before you are charged.

02Which pack covers one 58th Floor AI clip?

The $6.99 Single pack adds 10 credits, enough for one Standard 15-second clip at 480p with no subscription. The $14.99 Trio pack adds 30 credits: three Standard 480p clips, one Pro 480p clip, or one Standard 720p clip with credits left over.

03Do my credits run out?

Pack credits stay on your balance with no end date. Credits from a monthly plan apply to that 30-day period, and yearly plan credits remain usable for the plan year.

04Are clips allowed in commercial projects?

If your plan lists a commercial-use licence, clips you generate can appear in paid work. You still need permission for every photo you upload and must follow the rules of the platform you post on.

05Who handles payment questions?
